The surgery front doors and phone lines are open from 8-6.30 from Monday to Friday other than on bank holidays and during training closures (see below).
When the surgery is closed
Please call 111 for our out of hours service. Their trained call handlers are able to give advice, book you an out of hours community nurse or GP appointment (home visit if housebound) or refer you to an emergency dentist. They will also redirect you to 999 if this is appropriate.
Training Closures
On the first Tuesday of every month from February (excluding August), the practice is closed for staff training (Time to Learn). In this time, please call 111 for medical assistance. The surgery doors will be closed.
Contact your doctors online and get a response by the end of the next working day
Patient Notice:
The reception team are doing their best to deal with a hugely increased number of telephone calls. Abusive and aggressive phone calls are distressing and will not be tolerated.
Our protocol is that a patient will be called by a GP to assess their condition and if deemed clinically necessary the patient will be asked to attend the Surgery for a physical examination. Reception staff cannot make this decision please do not shout at them.
To maintain social distancing the waiting room can safely accommodate limited numbers. This protocol is to protect you, other patients and our staff.

My Care Record - Home
My Care Record is an approach to improving care by joining up health and care information.. Your GP, hospital, community health, mental health and social care teams may all hold records about your care separately. Often, only health and care professionals within the same organisation can see this information.
