Opening Times
The practice premises are open:
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:30
Appointments are released at 8am each morning for that day.
BB Healthcare Solutions - known as "The Hubs"
We work with other Practices in the area to provide appointments in a location, other than at the Practice, for appointments between 6.30 - 8.00 pm Monday to Friday and at other times over the weekend. You can request "Hub" appointments or, when there are no appointments at the surgery, we may offer you "Hub" appointments. Please note that these appointments have been put in place to offer an extended appointment service to all patients in our locality.

When We Are Closed
When the surgery is closed and you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery is open, please dial 111 for the NHS 111 Service.
Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
The call handler will be able to advise whether you should call out an emergency ambulance (999) or pass you to the doctor. The doctor will deal with your problem in one of three ways:
• Advise you on self-help, have treatment, etc
• Ask you to attend a primary care centre for treatment
• Arrange for a home visit
NHS 111 is a service that has been introduced to make it easier for you to access local NHS healthcare services. You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help, whatever the time.
Ringing the surgery number 01277651702 will automatically transfer to the Out-of-Hours service.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
